Information we collect
Information you provide
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional company name, message and any other information you choose to include.
Technical information
Our infrastructure may process IP address, browser and device details, request time, requested pages, referring page, security signals and diagnostic information in server and security logs.
Cookies and similar technologies
Only after you accept, this website loads Google Analytics 4 tag
G-00FYSXVLLK. It may measure page views, scrolling,
outbound clicks, traffic source, device type and approximate location.
Google Analytics uses identifiers such as _ga cookies.
Refusing does not contact Google and sets no Analytics identifier.
Google signals, advertising personalization and advertising storage are disabled. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary cookies or similar signals when providing security features or presenting a challenge to suspicious traffic.
How we use information
We use personal information to:
- respond to inquiries and communicate about requested services;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the website;
- measure website visits and usage after you consent;
- prevent spam, fraud, abuse and unauthorized access;
- maintain appropriate business records; and
- meet legal, regulatory and dispute-resolution obligations.
Where European or UK privacy law applies, processing may rely on steps requested before entering a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the website, legal obligations, or consent. Audience measurement relies on your consent. Refusing it does not limit any website feature.
Service providers and disclosure
We disclose information only as needed to operate the website, respond to you, protect rights and systems, complete a corporate transaction, or comply with law.
Our principal website service providers include:
- Cloudflare for content delivery, network security and abuse prevention;
- OVHcloud for hosting infrastructure;
- Google Ireland Limited for Google Analytics 4, only after consent; and
- email infrastructure used to deliver contact form messages.
Information may be processed in the United States, the European Economic Area or other locations where these providers operate. Where required, appropriate contractual or legal safeguards are used. Google describes its safeguards in its data transfer frameworks.
Retention and security
Contact inquiries are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain relevant business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. Technical logs are retained according to operational, security and provider schedules.
In Google Analytics, event data is retained for two months and user data for fourteen months, with that user period restarting after new activity. Standard aggregated reports do not follow those two limits. Your consent choice is stored only in your browser for thirteen months, after which it is requested again.
We use administrative and technical measures designed to protect information, including encrypted transport, access controls, rate limiting and network security. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your privacy choices
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
Use the “Manage analytics” control in the footer to accept, refuse or withdraw audience measurement at any time. Withdrawal disables the tag and removes Analytics cookies accessible to this website.
California residents
Where California privacy law applies, residents may have rights to know, correct and delete personal information, to receive information about its use and disclosure, and to exercise applicable opt-out or limitation rights without discriminatory treatment.
DIGIKETING LLC does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes requiring a right to limit.
We may need to verify a request before responding. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, subject to proof of authority and identity verification. You may appeal a refusal by replying to our response and stating that you are requesting an appeal.
California disclosure
In the preceding 12 months, the website may have collected these categories of personal information: identifiers such as name, email address and IP address; internet or electronic activity such as browser, device and request information; professional information such as a company name when voluntarily provided; and correspondence.
These categories come directly from visitors or are collected automatically by website infrastructure. They are used for the business purposes described above and may be disclosed to service providers that support those purposes. They were not sold or shared for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Children and changes
This corporate website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
We may update this policy as the website, our practices or applicable law changes. The current version and its effective date will remain available on this page.
Effective and last updated: August 17, 2026.
